Grantmaking & Program Manager – Liberated Paths: Delaware River Watershed (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania & Delaware): We are currently seeking a Grantmaking & Program Manager to lead our Liberated Paths grantmaking program in the Delaware River Watershed region which includes portions of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. To build a more just and sustainable outdoor and environmental movement, the Liberated Paths Grantmaking Program supports outdoor initiatives and organizations that cultivate and celebrate the contributions of Black, Indigenous, and Communities of Color and affirm the many experiences and identities our communities hold.
Movement Network Coordinator: This part-time, salaried position will be instrumental in establishing a movement network of outdoor/environmental education professionals through written and verbal communications, managing meeting schedules, and convening both virtual and in-person engagement opportunities to a wide range of stakeholders, partners, and funders.
Director of Programs: The new Director of Programs will lead three of Justice Outside’s key programs (Outdoor Educators Institute, Rising Leader Fellowship, Cultural Relevancy Series), which provide both established and aspiring outdoor professionals with the skills necessary to transform the environmental field to a more equitable and inclusive culture. Successful candidates in this role will be detail- oriented with strong problem solving skills and the ability to work naturally in a team environment. You will join a collaborative team of self-motivated leaders who value equity, cultural relevancy, and inclusion as building blocks for effective work. We rely on creativity, flexibility, technology, listening, critical thinking, and humor to bring out the best in each other and our training participants, and we offer multiple opportunities for professional growth.

The Youth Access to Nature Fund aims to ensure youth of color living in the Bay Area have access to meaningful experiences in nature to support their growth as leaders and students, and to improve their mental and physical health. This position will involve responsibilities in the Greater Bay Area of California.
Database Manager: This position will be responsible for helping Justice Outside take the next steps forward in our growth and development by ensuring our systems are supporting our team in building the deep and lasting relationships that are so key to our work. The Database Manager will create systems and policies for data management, oversee Justice Outside databases (including CRM and grants management systems), and advance the goals of our fundraising, communications, administrative, grantmaking, and program departments by ensuring a smooth connection to our data.
