2017 OEI Alum
Nhi was born in Dalat, Vietnam and spent her adolescent years in the cultural melting pot of San Francisco. Growing up in the city, Nhi grew to understand the struggles that under-served communities face when accessing the outdoors. Participating in youth programs throughout high school piqued Nhi’s interest in environmental education, youth development and activism. Nhi hopes to take what she learns as part of OEI back to her community to empower others. In her free time, Nhi enjoys biking, skateboarding and exploring the urban/natural beauty that the Bay Area has to offer.
