The Bronze Chapter creates outdoor access, education, and opportunities that help communities of color bridge the Adventure Gap in nature-based outdoor recreational activities and invigorate their relationship with the natural world. Join us to learn outdoor skills that can take you from parks to magnificent wilderness and backcountry places. We strengthen our relationship with the outdoors through campouts, activities, and classes and learn how to become advocates for nature and the planet. We cultivate a collective consciousness of environmental care and remembrance of our ancestors’ contributions to the creation and maintenance of many of our precious outdoor spaces. The Bronze Chapter supports the Black community, and our fellow communities of color, in rewriting their outdoor narrative one campout, one activity, one class, one adventure at a time.
