Elizabeth has dedicated her academic and professional career to the advancement of environmental, social, and economic justice. She has worked for more than twenty years in the non-profit and philanthropic sectors to define and advance equity agendas at the local, regional, state, and national level. Before starting her own consulting practice in 2011, she held the following positions: Senior Director of Development and Planning at Urban Habitat; Program Officer at French American Charitable Trust; Multicultural Environmental Program Fellow at The San Francisco Foundation; and Program Director of the Environmental Justice Department the San Francisco League of Urban Gardeners.
