Liwen, an attorney at Fenwick & West, focuses his practice on emerging technologies. Among other things, he counsels clients on the protectability of software or online content, access to computer systems, gathering and the use of competitive intelligence, along with the licensing of intellectual property. Liwen is also committed to professional diversity efforts and participates in an active pro bono practice for various conservation, immigration, and media organizations. Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Liwen worked in semiconductor quality and reliability for Altera Corporation.
