Stormy-Saint-Val

Birthed from the Pearl of the Antilles, also known as Haiti, Stormy (she/her/hers) journeyed to America at a young age to be raised in the city of Houston, Texas. Her enchantment with nature began by hunting for the end of rainbows with her younger sister as a child to going on camping trips when she became a teenager. As her relationship with nature grew, she studied herbalism, ecotherapy, and ecopsychology. She received her masters degree at Lesley University in Expressive Arts Therapy, which empowers her to help others achieve mental liberation through the healing powers of creative arts, somatic practices, and principles of eco-therapy. She is honored to learn how to expand her facilitation skills to advocate for the reclamation of ancestral kinship between nature and black bodies. Stormy currently enjoys reading, writing, playing music, rock climbing, yoga, sleeping, board games, and binging Netflix shows.
