Hey, I’m Jess 🙂 I grew up in the concrete jungle of the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, California. I studied Cognitive Science and Anthropology at the University of California, Merced and connected to the outdoors through a program called the Yosemite Leadership Program. I geek out about how nature affects our brains and overall well being. I find joy, healing and grounding when I’m around trees, art and when listening to music, especially live performances. I am grateful for all the opportunities to explore and fall in love with this big beautiful blue rock we live on and I’m passionate about learning with and from the people around me.
