Tushar Uttarwar (he/him) is an engineer and an avid hiker. He regularly spends time outdoors in order to connect with nature and himself. He loves traveling and particularly enjoys learning about indigenous cultures. Food is extremely important to him and learning how to grow culturally appropriate foods using regenerative methods is his passion. Permaculture is his inspiration in order to pursue a life of living in community in harmony with nature.
