Sharon Musa is a 1st generation Nigerian- American who grew up in LA County. After graduating with a BA in Neuroscience & African American Studies, they initially began working in federal environmental justice policy advocacy through a post-graduate fellowship at The Wilderness Society (TWS) in 2020. Since then, she has transitioned to CA state & local LA County EJ policy advocacy through TWS’s Urban to Wild department- bringing her closer to the community she grew up in. In Sharon’s free time, they like to do arts & crafts, cook, bake, eat, read, spend time with friends & explore CA’s beautiful natural environment.
