Felipe Lepe (he/him/el) is a first generation Mexican-American. He was born and raised in Fernandeño Tataviam land/Los Angeles and has an academic background in Recreation and Tourism Management from California State University, Northridge. As a Southern California Program Coordinator for the National Forest Foundation, he works across the region to manage projects including fuel reduction, forest health, recreation improvements, and youth programming. Felipe is based out of Long Beach, CA and his biggest life passions include counter-narrative storytelling, place-making, and spending quality time with his fiance and cat.
