Justan was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and South Gate. They call the whole of Los Angeles their home and the community they struggle along side. Presently, Justan is a program coordinator at the Coalition for Engaged Education where they work with youth who are justice impacted. Justan utilizes their love for art, the outdoors, and transformative justice to aid the youth in developing a sense of self determination, resilience, and autonomy. Outside of their day job, you can likely find Justan out in nature, wood working, working on cars, or co-facilitating events with Latino Outdoors Los Angeles.
