Neil is a first generation Chilean American, born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He works as an Outdoor Educator for the Semilla Project, designing and leading outdoor experiences that empowers local youth to be leaders and outdoor stewards. He enjoys rock climbing, snow boarding, swimming and exploring.
