Eduardo De Leon (he/his) was born and raised in Fresno, CA. He is very interested in sustainable technology, sustainable agriculture, and restoring/remediating our ecology. As a mycologist, Eduardo is a fanatic of all things mushrooms and likes to cultivate gourmet mushrooms, as well as cook them and create old and ancient dishes. He is rooted in his community and loves to garden in multiple community garden spaces throughout town. Eduardo attended Fresno City College, UC Merced, and is now finishing his degree in Chicano Studies at Fresno State in Fall of 2022.
