Chey Yen (they/he) is a queer and trans Chinese-American who dabbles in filmmaking, rock climbing, and baking. They are excited to be a program lead after being part of the spring 2021 OEI cohort! Chey is passionate about creating spaces and building community for and with other LGBTQ+ BIPOC folks. They are looking forward to deepening their connection to the outdoors and learning alongside everyone else in this year’s cohort!
