Gabriel (They/Them) is excited for the opportunity to grow their appreciation for the outdoors. Seeing that this is the first time they will do many of the activities in this program, they are excited to try everything for the first time and give it their best shot. Gabriel graduated from the University of California Berkeley in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health. They currently work at the Graduate School of Public Health at Berkeley and are passionate about creating opportunities for Queer and BIPOC students. Their interests include public health workforce development, hiking the Berkeley fire trails, frequenting the gym, and reading.
