Aisha Williams (she/her) is 23 years old and identifies as a Black, Filipina American and queer. Aisha recently graduated from San Jose State University with a BA in Environmental Studies and Preparation for Teaching. She was able to network a bunch and find unique opportunities that benefited her growth in this capitalist society for the better. She is a huge community woman; you can find her reading poetry at Mama Kin or at Nirvana Soul Coffee at their weekly open mics or even hosting the Music Open Mic on Friday’s at Nirvana Soul. She enjoys immersing herself in the creative community in San Jose and has found sanction in being vulnerable in those spaces. Aisha is also a plant mother, but that still needs some work. She is excited to enhance her outdoor environmentalism skills!!!! <3
